The IT service owner of FICO Siron AML (Anti Money laundring) has extensive IT know-how and a good understanding of software development.The IT Service owner is responsible for providing the IT Service, including understanding and tracking service dependencies. He is the first point of contact for all service lifecycle issues in RtB and CtB.

Requirements:
- Experience in application management (lifecycle, maintenance, operation) and enforcing stable application operation in an environment, where agile projects still extend the application under high pressure
- Strong in communication and coordination on a global level with stakeholders in all three IT Hubs (CH, LUX, SG) and ensuring the global re-usability of the tool
- Understanding of Transaction Monitoring, Anti Money Laundering and related regulatory topics in the banking industry
- Understanding of software development/ customization processes
- Deep process knowledge for CtB (Project Management, IT-Governance, Change Management ) and RtB (Service Management and Operational Process, ITIL)
- Good understanding of software architecture, enterprise architecture and development processes Good understanding of technologies in the bank (e.g. MS. NET, MS SQL) and/or in the vendor standard product (for package application)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Stakeholder management and service coordination with affected partners from Business Product Management, Business Operations, IT
- Taking ownership, solution oriented, is action oriented, has planning skills, is able to implement and deliver
- Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
