Occupancy Planner (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Analyze the current portfolio and forecast the future space needs of the whole workplace
- Interaction and relationship building with different stakeholders, understanding of their needs and improving partnership
- Develop project work plan and follow it with the aim of controlling time, quality and costs
- Monthly report to the head of occupancy in London about the evolution of the business and exchange about the strategy
Main qualifications
- Bachelor´s Degree in the field of architecture and a first experience in workplace organization or any equivalent combination
- Good command of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Knowledge of CAFM tools is beneficial
- Very good command of German and English
