ServiceNow Solution Architect
Darwin AG are partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Basel who are looking to hire a ServiceNow Solution Architect. On this role, you will be responsible for crafting the detailed IT solution/service design, based on functional specifications, to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints. Own, build, improve and optimize the technical solution design of all ServiceNow based portals. Build and maintain the technical ServiceNow portal road map. Ensure appropriate adaption of new ServiceNow portal capabilities.
Role
. Build the detailed process designs necessary to operate the software/service on a day-to-day basis
. Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of software/service
. Peer review and sign off detailed designs by business.
. Ensure that detailed designs adhere to solution architecture design (ie high level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in functional specification
. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when crafting new solutions and services
Requirement
- University degree, preferably in IT
. Business proficient in English (written and spoken)
. Experience in service management solution design including the area of service catalogue, service request management, service modelling and workflow
. Senior expert in understanding business needs and transitioning them into scalable solution designs, considering end user experience as well as service provider efficiency
. Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, proactive work style, strong analytical and problem solving skills, open to learning
