Tasks:
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs.
- Visualise instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
- Testing of E-learning courses.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in instructional or graphic design.
- Experience of working with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or any other authoring tool.
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Experience of working with video (Premiere).
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts in English.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work in a team.
