IAM Specialist (Identity Access Management) - (m/f/x) - 100%Are you an expert in Identity Access Management and looking for a new challenge in a multinational environment?
We are currently looking for an Identity Access Management Specialist for a client located in Geneva.
Your main tasks are taking care of implementing, developing and maintaining the IAM tools used by the client, such as the adjoining processes. Additionally, you ensure the consistency and evolution of the elements of the IAM infrastructure and the technologies used to provide the best support to the platform manager. Next to your excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate actors within different teams, (internal and external) you bring the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Proven IT experience including more than 5 years in implementing IAM services.
- Strong understanding of HR roles and processes and their challenges.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of Microsoft Directory (Active Directory Directory Services - AD) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), as well as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Proven experience in IAM management in Azure public clouds and Azure AD.
- Thorough knowledge of Windows environments and related technologies of Microsoft AD.
- Proven experience in managing identity management and governance tools (IAM / IGA).
- Proven scripting experience for task automation, and knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in single sign-on management (SSO) and strong authentication, an asset.
- Knowledge of Linux environments, a plus
- Fluency in English and French
