Job Description
- Act as SPOC for IT issues: tools, technologies, security, connectivity, data
- Support and maintain an external hosting platform
- Manage independently priorities and urgency
- Interact with Business Units and Technology teams continuously
- Support development tools based on C#/SQL server
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting technical issues in complex IT environments
- Solid knowledge of Excel (support), SQL Server (installation) and Windows (administration)
- Good knowledge of C# and/or any other Scripting language
- A development background is beneficial
- You have great customer facing skills, are able to discuss complex technical issues, agree on priorities and manage expectations
- Experience within Re-insurance area, Trading floor, Front Office environment is a big plus
- Intermediate development skills or able to read & understand the code in C#/SQL Server
