Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Assist with the schedule and execution of meetings and interviews
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Prepare materials for meetings, seminars, presentations and special projects.
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Appropriately manage information of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Support invoicing, budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Main qualifications
- First experience in similar role
- Fluency in business English written and spoken (would be great if also German and or French)
- Experience in a matrix organization and managing complex stakeholder groups (including very senior stake holders within organization)
- Strong Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork way of working
- Pro-active; hands on mentality
- Experience working at a regional HQ and pan Europe with remote stakeholders
- Experience with ATS, ideally experience with Workday Recruiting
- Ideal: experience in Pharma alternatively a large multinational environment
