Scrum Master- Agile Coach/Product Development/GermanProject:
For our customer, we are looking for a Scrum Master.
Main Tasks:
-As Scrum Master you have a very exciting role. You are responsible for the growth of the teams by accompanying the agile development processes
-You lead the stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and backlog meetings
-With passion you remove and solve obstacles and protect the team from disturbances
-You actively support the team members and motivate them to work independently and self-organized
-You are responsible for the continuous optimization of agile development methods and are also willing to develop them further
-You support a culture of respect and transparency
Requirements:
-You already have several years of experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master and with agile methods/frameworks (SAFe)
-You have a very good understanding of IT and good experience in product development
-You have experience in organizational change management
-You convince with your communication skills, your assertiveness and your sense of responsibility as well as your personality
-You are responsible for optimizing the cooperation between the teams
-You are curious and open to learn new methods and techniques
-You recognize and moderate conflicts in your teams
-You are responsible for the execution and, if necessary, the moderation of the various agile ceremonies
-You are responsible for removing obstacles and any problems that cannot be easily solved by the team itself
-You are responsible for the Impediment Backlog
-You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are convinced that you can find suitable solutions for our customers
-You have a strong service orientation
-You are an empathic person with the ability to read between the lines
-You have a high team, goal and customer orientation
Education:
-You have completed higher education or further education in the field of computer science, (business) psychology, cultural studies or economics.
-Certified Scrum Master
