Communications Officer vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Familiarity with social media tools and digital communications formats, including video
- Good knowledge of finance, economics and contemporary history
- Skillset of time management and organisation skills, including the ability to work flexibly and with precision under tight deadlines
- Confidence with Microsoft Office applications
- Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing enquiries from the media and the public as well as acting as a media liaison
- Preparing and refinishing texts for a variety of channels and platforms including video, web and social media
- Arranging media events, external publicity and interviews around the companies' anniversary
- Building economic and historical content accessible and appealing to the general public, using digital and social media
