Description:
For the SAP Business Support Team we are looking for a temporary employee to support the daily support functionalities. The SAP Business Support Team is responsible for the local support and optimization of SAP ECC System and interface. The team is consisting of experts in business processes and experts in SAP Systems. Your contribution will be to bring your bright SAP IT knowledge to enhance the local available process expertise and find together best solutions for the business. The main responsibility will be to provide support in production and material management area (SAP ECC MM and PP-PI Modules). Ideally, you are able to support also other SAP modules such as SAP ECC QM Module, SAP PLM Recipe Management, SAP APO, SAP GBT. Knowledge of SAP eWM Module and Middle layers (such as TIBCO, ARIBA Networking) would be a plus. You will work in close collaboration with Business and IT.
The perfect candidate is a self-starter with a strong hands-on and team player mentality and used to work in an interface position between IT and business.
Tasks & Responsibilities
. Incident and Change Management incl. analysis of business requirement, specification of change, testing and training
. Project support incl. design specification, testing activities, training, data migration and cutover activities
. Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, and other business support organization
Must Haves
. 8y+ professional experience in specifying, testing and documenting of systems and applications (*)
. Proven expertise in SAP ECC MM and PP-PI Modules (*)
. Experience in SAP ECC QM Module, SAP PLM Recipe Management, SAP APO PP-DS, SAP GBT (*)
. Experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV) (*)
. Proven Project experience in a similar role/environment (*)
. Good technical understanding with good networked thinking
. Self-reliant, resilient, flexible, open minded and with a high service orientation
. Strong communication skills
. Fluent in English and German
Nice to Haves
. Degree in business informatics or equivalent
. Experience in SAP customizing and ABAP programming
. Knowledge in SAP eWM Module
. Knowledge in MES systems
. Knowledge in Middle Layer such as TIBCO, ARIBA Networking
