2nd level supporter - IT Application Support/CRM/English/Zurich (50%)
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Level Support Specialist for our customers for immediate employment (or by agreement). We are looking for an employee working for A service-oriented and customer-oriented supporter for sales applications at an insurance company in Zurich. This is a 50% workload. There is flexibility in time management, but since it is a support function, we would like to spread the 50% over at least 4 days.
Areas of responsibility:
. Technical Support Field Service 2nd Level
* Management of ticket systems
* Cooperation with the 3rd Level Supports
Required Profiles/Skills:
. Empathy/ability to work in a team
* Customer orientation and service mentality
* Good perceptive faculty and the ability and joy to Actively engage in new
* to be able to incorporate challenges
* Ability to cope with conflict and criticism/resilience
* Experience in IT support (support application support)
* Knowledge and experience of modern operating systems
* Gladly also knowledge in the area of CRM/sales systems
Language Skills:
. A good command of German (at least level C1/C2)
* English: fluent (B2/C1)
* French/Italian: Fluent (B2/C1)
