Data and Analytics Consultant
Are you a Data and Analytics Consultant with 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in data analytics, data management or some related field and was this experience gained in an international organization and in multicultural settings? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Data and Analytics Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
The Consultant, Data and Analytics is responsible for ensuring effective Business Intelligence and analytics to inform operational decision making and promote strong data governance and data management over grant-related data.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- University degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Public Policy, Public Health, or other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including in data analytics, data management or some related field;
- Experience undertaking statistical analysis using common statistical programming package;
- Certification in Tableau for business intelligence
- Experience with common statistical programming packages (SPSS, SAS, STATA, R)
- Experience undertaking rigorous Business Intelligence and analytics and presenting results from the analysis in structured way to inform strategic decisions of senior management;
- Experience in data preparation from different systems and data governance;
- Experience with survey design, implementation and analysis;
- Project management
- Excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French or one of the following: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish.
