For our client in Opfikon we are looking for E&C Project Manager for a 9-months project.

Job Title: E&C Project Manager

Location: Opfikon
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Integration team is responsible for executing the E&C integration targets and realizing identified synergies.
- The team will develop targeted programs and projects to operationalize and combine the two companies.
- They will partner across E&C and with other functions to ensure execution of integration in line with the agreed timelines
As a project manager, you will:
- Deliver targeted projects (or tasks) as agreed as part of Integration
- Collect regular updates from Project leads and document in reporting tool (Wave) accordingly
- Deliver regular reporting updates for the Integration Office on all Integration activities
- Act an advisor and connect Project Leads to other functions/teams for optimal execution
- Manage Integration PMO SharePoint site
- Help develop regular communication for GECLT and Project Leads and wider E&C Community
- Support other activities/actions prioritized by the E&C Integration teams needed

EXPERIENCE
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated planning, organization and communication skills
- 3-4 years E&C or other relevant professional experience, including 2 years minimum in role working on, supporting or leading project delivery
- Global/international experience preferred
