Cyber Network Firewall ICS Engineer
On behalf of our client, an international IT Consultancy, we are looking for a Cyber Network Firewall ICS Engineer, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team in Zurich, Switzerland.
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (travel involved to Madrid, Spain and Neuchâtel, Switzerland)
Languages: Fluency in English. German and any other languages are considered an asset.
Main task: the deployment of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) perimeter Firewalls at multiple client sites globally. Real Time missions in the area of process control and automation systems with the purpose of protecting critical infrastructures from cyber-attacks in the Manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead of global design and deployment effort for the ICS perimeter Firewall implementation/segmentation project
- Excellent knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall
- Strong experience with Cisco Routing and switching operating systems
- Complex routing environments knowledge, such as link aggregation, EIGRP, OSPF, etc.
- Strong experience in network design and concepts
- Excellent working knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols, VPNs, IDS, IPS, SIEMs and Firewall technologies
- PCNSA certification of benefit
Required Skills & Experience:
- BSc in Networking, IT, Computer Systems or in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6-10 years of Networking experience
- Industrial Control Systems Environments is of benefit
- Personality: analytical, interpersonal, highly organised, self-motivated and excellent communicator
