For our pharma client in the Basel area we are looking for a Business Analyst for Digital Analytics
Background:
The Digital and Analytics Squad performs all the web and digital analytics activities required to support the marketing and medical teams on their journey with all relevant stakeholders (Patients, Healthcare Practitioners, Payers, Medical specialists such as oncologists, Neurologists etc.). The team provides best in class digital tools and services across functions and geographies to ensure flexibility and scalability of solutions for the different departments.
As a Business Analyst for Digital Analytics, you will drive the Analytics activities for all new and existing external websites, defining and translating needs into actionable targets and metrics. Provide strategic guidance and support stakeholder(s) in the assessment activities regarding their digital analytics level of maturity. Challenge, influence and find alternatives to the stakeholders in their requirements to provide the required benefits to the products needed and to the bigger analytics picture. Coordinate activities with the development teams (based in Poland) to ensure prototyping, development and adequate deliveries to stakeholders.
The perfect candidate is experienced in working as a Business Analyst in a global and complex organization and used to constantly interact with several different internal and external teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Drive requirements for Analytics needs in each digital project
Ensures analytics framework and Launch analytics tool is correctly implemented for new websites
Support Digital Excellence and Medical team activities in day to day analytics targets set-up
Provide strategic guidance on how to assess the level of digital analytics maturity (occasionally)
Ensuring correct data displayed as part of Tableau dashboards activities when relevant
Drive requirements for Analytics needs in each digital project
Partner with the data analyst in the same squad to ensure accuracy of data
Ensures analytics framework and Launch analytics tool is correctly implemented for new websites
Provide strategic guidance on how to assess the level of digital analytics maturity (occasionally)
Liaise and support the digital datamart and media squads to help them understand data sets and needs based on defined requirements
Must haves:
Business analysis experience (3-5 years)
Proven digital analytics knowledge (Adobe Analytics mandatory - Google Analytics useful)
ObservePoint Tool Knowledge
Launch tool (new Adobe Dynamic Tag Management system, - data attributes, layers)
Pharmaceutical (Medical and Commercial) experience and business knowledge
Data analyst skills in a global and complex organization
English is a must
