Project Lead - Accounts Payable/Finance/Senior Management
Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Project leader in Accounting. Our client is a well-known company. It is a temporary assignment based in Baden, with a potential extension.

Duration: 6 months (an option for extension)
Your profile:
- Education in Accounting
- Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable and hands on escalation and problem-solving skills
- Senior Project leadership skills
- Experience working with complex Internal control environment
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage Accounts Payable
- Consolidate different projects under one umbrella
- Create local expert/reference group among P&L and Finance to address ongoing topics on task force mode
- Communication on regular base towards business (Status, Actions required, Actions pending, next steps etc.)
- Active monitoring of project development and task-force achievements
- Align with global projects and ensure alignment with Hub teams
- Process design skills (based on Celonis etc. drive Standardization among purchase categories (Services/Products/direct/indirect)
