Job Purpose
- Assure the role of expertise around the technical support of the applications of the perimeter of the APS-S2i team
- Take charge of technical projects - Manage the environments of these applications
- Perform releases and participate in the release management process
- Coordinate with the different teams the actions of management of the environments and the setting up of the tools
- Participate in test procedures
- Establish and maintain the exploit ability criteria of these applications
- Diagnose and resolve incidents
- Follow the problems
- Ensure compliance with standards and standards
- Respect rules and instructions for integration
- Realize documentations updates
- Perform training and support to the operating team,
- Suggest areas for improvement
- Satisfy internal and external clients at the Bank
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in production environment
- Imperative experiences in banking environment
- As a technical expert: management of application, technical and infrastructure environments, ITIL, tooling around the technical support of applications in production
- AIX Unix, Windows Server
- DB2 database, Oracle and SQL Server
- MQseries and file transfer
- Scheduler TWS
- WAS and tomcat
Languages
- French fluent
- English good to have
