Beschreibung

Your tasks
- Local Base Support SLA and OLA management and problem management. 
- End-to-end problem management including prioritization and assignment of problems and issue tracking through resolution.
- Key contact for business customers on support issues. Key point of contact for the business (and perceived as the owner by the business) for local severity 1 issues. 
- Monitors the plan and volume of change to the production environment, for the business. 
- Work with the contract manager in relation to the annual negotiation of new and amended SLAs.

Must have competences
- Insurance expertise Experience in ADM engagements - Run & change especially for DevOps
- Cloud
- Integration projects 
- Expertise in Incident management
- Problem management
- Preventive
- corrective amp
- Adaptive maintenance for Integration projects Change & Release management

Nice to have competences
- Experience in Integration
- Cloud ADM

Further information
ADM services for the Solution Integration Application - including both Run & Change. Infrastructure is currently not part of this scope .
