Your tasks- Local Base Support SLA and OLA management and problem management.
- End-to-end problem management including prioritization and assignment of problems and issue tracking through resolution.
- Key contact for business customers on support issues. Key point of contact for the business (and perceived as the owner by the business) for local severity 1 issues.
- Monitors the plan and volume of change to the production environment, for the business.
- Work with the contract manager in relation to the annual negotiation of new and amended SLAs.
