For a long-term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Financial Analyst - Revenue Share Agreements
In this role, you will be a part of the collaboration and revenue sharing stream. The team is managing the overarching governance framework, as well as coordinate the creation, maintenance, and termination of Revenue Share Agreements (RSAs) and Joint Ventures (JV) across the bank.
Your Qualifications:
- Over 4 years’ professional experience in Financial Services including a finance qualification such as Chartered Accountant, CIMA, CPA, MBA or MA degree
- Knowhow of Revenue Share Agreements would be a plus
- Skilled in MS Office tools; knowledge of VBA Macros and SharePoint would be helpful
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and the ability to work intensely towards challenging goals with persistence
- Proven track record building up trusting, long-term relationships with stakeholders, and of identification and support of stakeholders needs and expectations
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordination of RSA (Revenue Share Agreements) Global review, communication of group wide timelines, requirements and deliverables ensuring timely completion of bank wide revenue share agreements
- Maintenance of group wide RSA governance framework and supporting material
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders required (divisional finance, Legal, Tax, Legal Entity), to ensure a common understanding of requirements and support the timely delivery and completion of agreements
- Enhancement and implementation of Group Finance RSA controls
- Management of RSA intranet site and SharePoint as well as other internal communications
- Incorporation and change management of regulatory changes e.g. MIFID requirements within the existing process
- Development of Bank wide RSA Policy
- Design and development of Global Collaboration reporting including granularity of data and end product design with financial overview and informative analytics
