Junior Compensation Analyst (HR)

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the compensation management and bonus process.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the IWM compensation management year-end activities (both process and compensation tool)
- Collaborating with other compensation managers within IWM on centralized year-end topics (management compensation reporting and communications)
- Responding to the needs of any compensation management related requests in a timely manner, and providing relevant support
- Supporting the compensation management governance activities, documentation and education material, and communication
- Perform ad-hoc reports and benchmarking requests
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Must have strong Excel Skills or equivalent (Vlookup)
- Must have strong planning and organizational skills with ability to work to tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Must be comfortable with large sets of data
- Able to work under pressure, flexible, dynamic and communicative
- Financial/HR background is a plus
- Must be fluent in English and German is a plus
