Implementation / Roll-out Coordinator (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Establish concept and lead Shared Services Transfer Project in close alignment with affiliate model to work with affiliates in transferring processes to the SSC
- Establish concept and lead on-demand roll-out for advanced sustainability reporting solution (GAIA Pro)
- Develop a sustainable process to manage global regulation repository for transparency in close alignment with affiliates, compliance, legal and maintain the repository
- Support Global Data validation & verification processes
- Establish a brand for transparency reporting including supporting / pushing the community platform, design the OneTransparency G+Site
Main qualifications
- Experienced in comparable positions (Roll-Out Support/Shared Services Transfer Projects) within large companies
- Experienced in coordination and collaboration within matrix organizations
- Experienced with Transparency and Changemangement
- Strong communication skills in English
