NextLink is having an existing position as an GUI developer/ (Open Source Developer)  for global projects in Switzerland for our core client within banking industry.

General information:

• Start date: 1st Nov
• Duration 12  months 
• Extension: An extension is planned, but needs to be approved.
• Work load: 100%
• Work location: Switzerland Zurich 
• Remote: Not possible

Skill set:


  • University degree or similar education in information technology or information management
  • Excellent software engineer
  • 5 years in GUI development and business logic components
  • Recent hands-on experience in Java (or JAP) 7.0/8.0, JUnit 4.x, EJB 3.x, JMS 2.x, JPA 2.x, Spring/CDI, Spring Batch, Oracle DB 11g (SQL and PL/SQL), DB2, SOAP-WS, XML, JSF 2.0 and JavaScript, Angular 6, Web-Services and Weblogic
  • Tools: Eclipse IDE, Maven, SVN, JIRA, SoapUI, PL/SQL Developer.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of REST, HTML5, AngularJS, Bootstrap 4.x, JSON, Selenium, JEE 7, Spring Boot, IBM JLog Rules, MQ-Series
  • Knowledge of securities, single accounts, bookkeeping would be an asset
  • Well structured and analytical thinking personality
  • Good communication skills in English and/or German (spoken and written)
