(Senior) Global Project Manager R&D (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- You will work on cross-functional project teams that support the Neuroscience Program in order to execute on team strategy and goals
- You will provide traditional PM support (facilitation, stakeholder management, agenda/minutes/action item follow-through) as well as be a strategic thought partner to team leads and the lead Principal Program Manager
- Gather and analyze data and solicit senior management input to determine what is needed and desire
- Implement strong project management of critical path activities to set teams up for success to achieve near-term and long-term objectives
- Design, prepare for and effectively facilitate team meetings and/or interactions (agenda setting and outcomes and action item management)
- Introduce fit-for-purpose decision-making framework appropriate for the urgency and complexity of business context
- Eliminate obstacles to decision-making
- Possess understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to pivot and quickly adjust as needed
- Thriving in a ‘start-up’ type of environment where processes and ways of working can be shaped in real-time with fit-for-purpose mindset
Main qualifications
- Life science or business degree
- In-depth multi-disciplinary experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Profound leading experience large-scale, complex projects/programs in a fast-paced dynamic and matrix environment
- International teamwork or global functional experience is preferred
- Understanding of concepts of MVP (minimal viable product) and applying good judgement to prioritizing most important work
- Agile and entrepreneurial mindset needed
- Seasoned project/program management experience along with expertise in problem-solving and attuned stakeholder management
- Ability to adapt quickly and navigate in ambiguous situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
