Nextlink are currently working with a market leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for their Basel offices.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Performing training- / consultancy sessions for up to 20 end users
• Working with the given Tickettool Service Now and company-owned Asset Management Tools
• Progressing of Incident and Request Management Tickets according process
• Progressing Asset Management Updates according process
• Participation at IT Welcome Zone Shift
• Experience with and understanding of other technology domains, methods, etc. and their interactions
• Implementation and coordination of hardware, software, network component installations
• Follow-up on hardware, software, network problems and initiation of corrective actions and escalation procedures
• Participation in status meetings
Must Haves:
• 5-7 years of experience in an appropriately relevant area. Sound intermediate-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes
• Advanced know how of the Google gSuite and Windows 10
• Apple iOS knowhow, experience with Mobile Device Management
• Experience as IT Trainer
• ITIL Foundation (v2 or v3)
• Customer friendliness and good communication and presentation skills in English and German
• Open minded, flexible personality
• Eager to learn & develop
• Sophisticated appearance
• Teamwork skills
