For a project at our client's site based in Zurich we are looking for an experienced 


IT Business Analyst - MicroServices

In this role, you will be involved in a wide array of business trading and the Wealth Management side of the bank. The department is developing and maintaining 20+ Applications within Sales Services and Channels mainly focusing on issuance and lifecycle of structured products.



Your Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst, preferably in the financial industry

  • Experience with MicroServices architecture

  • Sound knowledge in SAFe framework and good SQL skills for database queries

  • Well versed in preparation and execution of grooming and planning sessions

  • Strong collaboration with developers and testers to ensure quality releases

  • Experience with test automation and working experience within DevOps environments is a plus

  • Fluent in English



Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage scrum teams capacities and backlog by ensuring readiness of User and Business stories for grooming and planning sessions (therefore must have at least some knowledge & of how this process works; SAFe framework

  • Prepare and execute grooming and planning sessions

  • Analysing, specifying and documenting high-level business requirements and verifying such requirements with stakeholders (technical and business stakeholders, all levels)

  • Analysing and accepting change requests and coordinating the implementation between various stakeholders

  • Maintaining strong collaboration with developers and testers to ensure quality releases

  • Assisting and participating in any required focus groups, prototyping workshops or system analyses
