Int. Marketing Manager Life Sciences (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Define and execute upon marketing strategy for the Lifecycle Team Analytics & Strategy
  • Responsible for customer segmentation, targeting and positioning (incl. the alignment across segments & solutions) based on the provided segmentation framework
  • Accountable to establish a market-oriented value proposition and for the development of key messages, marketing plans/tools/activities and communication of product positioning for specific buyer types
  • Ensure alignment of plans and messaging with product and corporate brand management
  • Drive the implementation and execution of the marketing plan and planned activities
  • Plan and manage customer and affiliate touchpoints to ensure consistent and stakeholder specific messaging across all channels (in alignment with the communication manager)
  • Establish marketing materials in cooperation with the lifecycle team, service organization and the regions/affiliates
  • Support affiliate and region-specific marketing activities/projects and coordinate feedback to monitor their implementation and effectiveness
  • Plan and execute various commercial trainings to ensure market impact (e.g. marketing, sales & brand training)
  • Ensure close interaction and exchange with training leaders / trainers in order to ensure alignment of training concepts


Main qualifications
  • Marketing bachelor’s degree or similar degree
  • Extensive experience in marketing (B2B Marketing) and sales experience on a regional or global level
  • Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences Industry
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to successfully work within cross-functional matrix teams, building vision and strategy, driving and influencing others
  • Proven track record of strategic agility and ability to make decisions in complex and ambiguous situations
  • Travelling: 20-30% to other countries
