• Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
• Monitor and control execution of project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release
• Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
• Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
• Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing and deploying new solutions and services
• Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
• Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
• Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope

Complexity: Global, regional or cross-functional multi-year programs/projects

Knowledge & skills: 6+ years business and IT experience; deep knowledge of project management, IT Standards & financial management; good knowledge of business process analysis & design, IT Architecture, technical standards and GxP requirements; proven leadership & organizational change management skills; good negotiation and supplier management skills; ability to navigate in a complex organization; dealing with ambiguity

• Development IT
• Coordinate efforts to provide a successful "PQ testing" exercise which guarantees the proper technical deployment and delivery of the DaVinci system that fits its purpose.
• Key Activities:
• Drive PQ testing (plan, assign and monitor) for Business
• Chair weekly Business Testing meetings (prepare agenda & actions follow up list)
• On-board and guide SMEs in TEST environment
• Review of PQ
• Write and/or rewrite PQs if necessary
• Coordinate the performance of the dry run and final test execution
• Attendance at IT meetings related to Testing
• Contribute hands-on to informally test and confirm the correctness of the functionalities.
• Provide input to DaVinci training material to ensure adequate up-to-date information.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the Web-Corner dedicated to DaVinci end-users (e.g. Central End-Users site, intranet, SharePoint page)
