Requirements and Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Create and maintain Software Requirements Specification using IBM Rational DOORS
- Create and maintain the test cases, test traceability using IBM Rational DOORS
- Perform code review (C++)
- Execute manual test and report results
- Write automatic test scripts for test automation environment
- Perform integration testing, formal system tests (Factory Acceptance Test)
- Perform analysis of defects to find the root cause of problem
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in the same domain
- Proven experience in the writing of requirements and software specifications
- Proven experience in the writing of software testing
- High analytical capacity and ability to understand the end user needs and transcribe them to software requirements for the Development Team
- Adaptable, autonomous, rigorous and service-oriented
- Organized with an ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively
- High resistance to stress
- Computing experience in areas with real-time and security requirements is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken French and English is required, German is a plus
