Operations Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience as an Operation Specialist in the banking or financial sector
- Professionalism with IT and payments processing, financial accounting and product control
- Solid background in MS Office programs such as Excel including vlookup, Pivot Table etc.
- Precise and efficient work style combined with high quality results
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Running fee calculations and analysing in case of discrepancies
- Booking fees and payments on structured products as well as the verification of their arrival
- Processing accruals, cancellations or corrections
- Ensuring close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders by delivering regular reports
- Matching open positions
