Drug Safety Logistics Associate (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Coordinate the tracking and distribution of adverse event reports (investigational and marketed products)
- Book adverse events in the safety database
- Maintain internal record systems
- Provide status reports as required
- Manage the logistics for submissions
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnical industry, training in a health related field
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of safety databases or the ability to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight timelines
