Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • General adminitrative tasks supporting the Headf of Basel Team/Team members
  • Plan and manage logistics for external conferences and external meetings
  • Calendar Management
  • Prepare/manage team meeting agendas and manage action items
  • Business trip support for team members
  • Collaborating and communicating across teams and cross-functionally in a timely manner
  • Organizing internal and external meetings and events
  • Contract and financial management (invoices/financial tracking)
  • Supporting the HR interview process
  • On-boarding new colleagues


Main qualifications
  • You hold relevant qualifications with experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication, excellent written and verbal communication skills including fluency in English (required)
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office required
  • Strong service orientation
  • Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
