Agile Coach - Change Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Assess the baseline, help to shape the target organization model and draw the roadmap implementation to reach the target
- Implementation: Teams will help you with launches, re-starts and change processes
- You pay attention to agile principles and practices in the teams; they live, moderate and lead the cooperation
- Coaching individuals and help them develop their skills as Lean-Agile Leaders
- Together with other coaches you shape the organizational development in a committed team
- Connect with other change agents in the company through communities of practice and make sure that they are successful
- You combine agile principles, customer Agile values and practices as well as team-specific conditions
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in coaching and/or consulting of agile transformations
- Strong experience in change management
- Know-how in developing products
- Good knowledge of several Agile Framework and related methodologies such as Scrum, LeSS, SAFe, XP, Kanban, etc
- Good understanding of software engineering architecture (IT/IS) and practices such DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, Test First, Pair Programming
