Main tasks:
- Provide support (draft, review, analyse, edit) and be responsible for Non-Disclosure Agreements (“NDA”) for the European business of Huntsman’s Advanced Materials Division under attorney supervision
- Coordinate and facilitate approval and signature of agreements and other legal documents
- Maintain the legal filing database for NDA’s (electronic and hardcopies)
- Ensure that all activities are in line with Environment, Health and Safety principles and international Trade Compliance
Main qualifications
- Degree in Law
- Ideally a first experience in the industry
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Reliable and able to deal with highly confidential information
- Conscientious with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Team player attitude with the capability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to interact with people in various business functions
- Excellent oral and written English and German skills, any other language is an asset
- IT-skills (MS-Office) literate
