For our customer in Baden-Wuerttemberg we are looking for an IT Project Manager with experiences in Trading / Front Office (m/f/d).
Project tasks:
- Define the approach and structure of the project
- Define roles and responsibilities required for the deliverables
- Manage meetings of different kind e.g. stand-ups, scrum meetings, sprint planning etc.
- Manage back-log and ensure efficient prioritization
- Manage potential changes to the project scope
- Track and report performance, costs, risk and dependencies
- Take actions to mitigate risks and dependencies
- Ensure adequate support for the solution during runtime of the project
- Follow the defined processes and procedures defined by the Program
Skills required:
- Management of complex projects (agile and classic)
- Leading solution teams
- Experienced with- and good understanding of front office in energy
trading
- Experienced with implementing IT systems and service transition
- Good understanding of modelling in commodities trading
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Organizing and managing suppliers and subcontractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
