Administration of Active Directory user, domains and accounts.
Maintaining Windows Servers and administration of updates.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Essential Skills Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA).
Troubleshoot day-to-day escalations from First Line support team.
Monitor SLA adherence.
The plan reports being prepared and sent to stakeholders.
Publishing new apps and desktop.
DR drills and Mock drill planning
Creating new vDisk and VDIs
Coordinating with dependent teams to resolve technical issues.
Vendor support
