On behalf of our client, a private bank in Zürich, we are looking for a PMO with proven experience with Digital Advisory Services Projects. Are you a passionate PMO who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If yes, then please have a look at the details below:
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting conceptual work and providing presentations and documents
- Monitoring and tracking of the deliverables, milestones and working packages
- Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
- Support coordination of stakeholders
- Support training and communication
- Support coordination with other projects
- Support planning of several boards
- Support quality assurance
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Over 4 years of experience as a PMO in the financial industry/banking
- Ability to provide a management adequate level of presentations, documents
- Solid knowledge about project financial KPI's
- Excellent communication skills, familiar in communication with management
- Fluent in German and English
