We are currently looking for an Operational Support in the Treasury IT in Kaiseraugst (Switzerland) to join our team on client’s side. A great opportunity to work in the IT industry with exposure to new technologies in an international environment.You will join a multicultural, dynamic team providing IT solutions for Finance, HR, Legal and Communication departments globally. The role also includes IT Procurement that optimizes the client’s IT spend. The system supports all critical day-to-day processes in treasury and financing as well as provides In-house Bank services to all the client’s affiliates. It also focuses on standardizing the different treasury processes around the world and migrating the local file formats into the ISO20022 XML. This process started with the SEPA implementation in 2012 and the aim is to enhance it to further banks in the rest of Europe.
Major Accountabilities:
SAP Treasury Helpdesk support: apply fixes, implement changes, conduct regular system checks, monitor technical interfaces, pick up customer requests and answer user inquiries
Enhancements in the Global SAP Treasury system covering incident analysis, business requirement collection, customizing solution definition, implementation & technical testing, support user acceptance testing and post production review & support whiting the agreed service level agreement
Implementation of payments in XML ISO20022 format with new banks
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position with SAP In-house Cash, Treasury (FSCM) covering Treasury Transaction Manager, Cash Management & Risk Analyzers (Credit, Market, Portfolio Analyzer)
Demonstrated Expertise in IDOC, ISO20022 format (credit transfers/Direct debit)
Experience in global and multinational IHC set up
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, German knowledge is an advantage
Experience in SAP Accounts Payables/Receivables and FI/CO is desirable
Preferably familiar with Ticketing tools and level of documentation standards
Good team player with strong communication skills
