Reporting Application Developer vacancy for our globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of practical work expertise in development of WPF Window and Browser Applications with C# or VB.net along with 2+ years of experience in Oracle, C#, PL/SQL and Project Management
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Macros including Excel and PowerPoint, Qlik Sense and Python/R skills are advantageous
- Know-how of data analysis, Oracle and PL/SQL to develop complex queries, stored procedures, functions and exception handling
- Strength in the topics of project management and documentation as well as interpret and apply common sense of understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Capability to analyse information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Establishing new features and solutions in WPF/VB.net application to fulfill business needs, focusing on automatic reports output in Excel, PowerPoint and Qlik Sense
- Maintaining, documenting, testing and customizing of applications
- Developing user access control while also finding solutions for sharing applications with needful users
- Making research of new and existing feature on reports plus performing constant checks on data quality and implementing technical solutions to handle errors
