- Work location: Switzerland (Zurich/Bern)
- Workload: 100% onsite
Skill set:
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience
- Proven track record as responsible test manager in large programs in the banking industry
- Experience with industry standards testing approaches, in particular risk based testing, automated testing
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum)
- Good technical know-how and experience with system environments, deployment and testing processes as well as typical pitfalls in large banking organizations
- Good know-how in test data setup planning and creation needed for transparent E2E testing
- Flexible team player, conceptually strong, very structured, delivery-oriented problem solver with a hands-on working style and focus on personal excellence
- Tools: Quality Center, ALM Octane, JIRA (expert level incl. configuration and macros)
- Fluency in English and German, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
