General information:
- Start date: 10.06.2019
- Latest start date: 17.06.2019
- End date: 31.12.2019
- Extension: Might be possible, needs to be approved (phase 2 planned for 2020).
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: Not preferred at the beginning, later possible (up to 1 day per week).
- Travelling: Only between Basel and Kaiseraugst.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- The experienced resource will collaborate with the Project Manager, Project Business Lead and Stakeholders to establish drive successful change.
- Organizational Change Management planning and execution
- Communications planning and execution, including preparation of materials.
*What are the key technical skills that all candidates must attain?
Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and communications (Prosci highly desired)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex project environment
- Very good command of business English
- Business-minded and proactive way of working
*What desirables skills would be useful for candidates to possess that can add value towards the project?
Nice to Haves:
+++ Experience in software implementation and/or chance is an advantage
+++ Experience with HR and Procurement topics is an advantage
+++ German highly appreciated
