Web Designer
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Web Designer to join one of their clients, a well-known company. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available ASAP.
It has to be someone with good knowledge in general web design and strong communication skills.
Details as follows:
Main responsibilities:
- Create new and update existing content for the IT Help Portal (videos, print, web)
- Define new functionality and features for the IT Help Portal to further engage with users.
- Define and implement gamification concepts and personalisation to ensure the IT Help portal is effective as possible.
- Define and develop new request processes
- Report on usage of the IT Help Portal
- Define and implement survey feature for all key products.
- Gather and analyse feedback form end users to keep the portal up to date
Act as dedicated SNOW point person to liaise between SNOW team and EUS to prioritise new features.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience (5-7 years)
- Industry experience in creating content across web, print, video.
- Industry experience in content audit, assessment and design to improve user experience.
- ServiceNow experience.
- (Proven 4+ years expertise in some common JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, JQuery or Bootstrap to demonstrate ability to adopt new frameworks as technologies evolve.)
- Understanding of general user experience and UI design principles.
- Self-motivated and a team player with good problem-solving skills.
- Design skills (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proven track record to deliver change and success.
- Co-ordinate multiple activities in fast-paced environment.
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Strong client care skills and end-to-end accountability demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Ability to deliver high quality work under time pressures.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with further option of extension
