For a long-term project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a experienced
System Engineer – ServiceNow
In this role, you will be working with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced and inspiring working environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Many years’ experience as System Engineer with focus on ServiceNow deployment
- Experience in Mid Server infrastructure and ability to maintain it
- Strong knowledge in Windows Server administration
- Strong PERL scripting
- Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting automated ETL jobs for a variety of Data Source types
- Skills in Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, webservers technologies like Apache and experience with ServiceNow MidServer setup would be a plus
- Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- Work in ServiceNow Data Integration Engineering stream, develope and maintain ServiceNow MidServer infrastructure, execute changes & analysis of incidents and problem tickets.
- Troubleshooting of complex issues down to code level
- Be a Subject Matter Expert & Lead Point of Contact for ETL data transformation scripts built in PERL
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives including process optimization, automation via scripts and other innovations
- Support creation of DevOps tool chain interfaces with ServiceNow (namely ServiceNow scripting parts)
