For our Client from the banking area we are looking for candidates for a System Engineer role in Zurich. This is a 7 month contract with possible extension for the next year.
Your role

Your team
Our role is to design, engineer, deploy and maintain global solutions for Secure Key Management within the bank. We help by consulting on Encryption topics, constantly challenging the status quo and providing a secure environment for our business divisions.
Essential skills:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Expert level knowledge of cryptography and security standards and concepts
- Experienced with key management in complex environments, including Cloud providers
- Experienced with design and architecture topics, as well as with implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and the ability to apply out-of-the-box thinking
- Working knowledge of infrastructure components, such as operating systems, databases, etc.
Nice to have skills:
- experience with Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP)
- experience with PKCS 11
- Certified Ethical Hacker
- experience with Cyber Security Information Sharing Partnership (CiSP)
- experience with X.509
- experience with Hardware security module (HSM)
- experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Scripting and programming skills on Linux and Windows platforms, such as Bash, PowerShell and Python, Java or C
You are:
- A subject matter expert in security technologies around key management and encryption
- Proficient in infrastructure and system integrations
- Interested about Cloud security topics in general
- Creative about solutions proposals finding the right balance between Commercial of the Shelf and home-grown solutions
- Keen on working in a global team and thrive delivering sustainable solutions as part of a successful team
- Fluent in English
