Main tasks:
- Ensure standards regarding Services Manager (SM), Asset Manager (AM), uCMDB and Configuration Management (CM)
- Plan and conduct minor and major releases for SM, AM, uCMDB
- Responsible for Operation, Incident and Request Management
- Make sure that Configuration Items are current and consistent
- Support customers and give guidance in an international environment
- Do appraisals and summarize information based on available data
Main qualifications
- Experience as administrator of system management tools in IT
- Good IT process know-how and familiar with ITIL v3
- Experienced with SQL, Oracle and web REST API
- Familiar with structured and methodical approach
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
