Systems Engineer (Client Systems) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Define and maintain standard hardware, build and configuration for the client's workstations
- Implement, maintain and support the global Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager
- Environment, including packages and scripts
- Define and maintain workstation settings, including GPOs, end-point configuration, firewall configuration and events logs
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate systems deployment, operations and management
- Implement, maintain and support the file and print services in support of user productivity
- Coordinate with data centre team to develop and implement infrastructure necessary for service delivery and recovery
- Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures, collaborate with support teams and external providers for their implementation
- Integrate Windows 10 and SCCM systems and services with monitoring and management systems and take actions to ensure system availability, security and integrity; contribute to development and reporting of key performance indicators
- Provide third-level support for user requests, incident and problem management
Main qualifications
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or information management, or related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Server and Systems Centre Configuration Manager
- Excellent knowledge of workstation configuration management, GPOs, and software Distribution
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and authentication systems
- Very good knowledge of workstation security, virtualization systems and remote desktop services
- Very good knowledge of Windows file and print services as well as scripting for systems deployment, operation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP internetworking and related services such as DHCP, DNS
- Skills to maintain system architecture, design and maintenance documents
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Expert knowledge in spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge in French is desirable, but not mandatory
