PMO - Support - Project Coordination - Sharepoint/Touchpoint - Tableau - PMP - English - Pharmaceutical - Switzerland

NextLink is having an existing position as a PMO Support for global projects in Basel, Switzerland for our client within Pharmaceutical industry.

General information:

- Start date: 02.05.2019 - Latest start date: 01.06.2019 - End date: 31.12.2019 - Extension: An extension is possible, needs to be approved. - Work location: Kaiseraugst, - Workload: 60 to 100% - Remote/Home Office: Possible, prior approval needed (only exceptions). - Travelling: Not required. Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management:- As major part of this function the PMO integrates project status reporting across the work streams. The PMO gathers data about project progress and produce project status reports reviews - The PMO investigates specific performance issues and communicates/escalates early warning signs of troubled work streams - The PMO also enforces consistent performance reporting. - Provide support to work streams on how to fill out the status report. 2. Schedule Management: - The schedule management function assists the project mgmt by identifying project level milestones and integrating them into an overall project plan and provides a summarized view of critical program milestones. - The PMO integrates the detailed project schedule into MS Project or Smart Sheets - The PMO also maintains and monitors the schedule - Technical support of the overall plan and support work streams when questions on Smart Sheets. 3. Risk, Issue and Scope Management: - Support of the processes of risk management, issue management and scope management (Documentation) - Support of maintenance of the risk log of the project - The PMO manages the specific reviews and documents key decisions 4. Resource Management: - The key to an effective resource management model is the quality and reliability of the underlying data. - The PMO manages the data collection from the different work streams and reporting process 5. Document-Management: - Support management of all relevant project documents in regard of the templates, signature workflows, organization within the relevant document mgmt. system according to client's PMM - Technical support with managing the document repository (SharePoint, G drive). - Support of the project team in this respect 6. Support on PMO Tools: - Good SharePoint and GDrive knowledge is required to manage the document repository, manage/ create workflows, meta data set up, manage/create lists and views. - Good knowledge of Tableau is required to create reports with data from SharePoint, or other sources. - Good knowledge of MS Project and Smartsheet. - General experience with MS office tools and google products. 7. Project Templates: - Based on client's templates for the different project phases and deliverables the PMO is developing standards and processes - The PMO is ensuring the use of those standards and processes - Delivering training and mentoring project team members around the templates, tools and standards Must Haves:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar role in a project environment (PMO / Project Coordination experience) - Flexibility and adaptability to project changing requirements - Good Touchpoint/Sharepoint knowledge - Project Management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) - Reporting tools (Tableau) - Fluent English - Self-driven personality - Analytical skills - Very good communication skills (writing) Nice to Haves:
