Translational Medicine Leader Neuroscience (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Lead clinical teams and develop disease area strategies
- Developing clinical development and biomarker plans as well as clinical protocols
- Fostering scientific and clinical projects
- Closely interfacing with pharmacology, drug discovery and biomarker groups
- Participating in scientific advisory boards
- Interacting with health authorities
- Liaising with the external academic and research community
- Leading collaborations with external research partnerships
- Coach, manage and support employees
- Performing and/or overseeing external collaboration and partnering activities
Main qualifications
- Education: MD or MD/PhD
- Board certification in psychiatry or neurology and industry experience in drug development in psychiatry or neurology
- Research experience
- Previous experience in Autism, Schizophrenia and/or Multiple Sclerosis is required
- Expertise in translational and experimental medicine and leadership qualities are assets
