On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Overview of the project:
- You'll be working in the Credit Risk Change team in Zurich, covering Credit Risk & Firmwide Model Change focusing on a specific regulatory project.
- The team is part of the wider Risk Control organization and work as agents of change for our Risk Control colleagues. We are primarily responsible for eliciting detailed business requirements relating to data sourcing, calculations, outputs, methodology and end-to-end controls which drive fundamental IT systems and process changes.
Main responsibilities:
- Project manage a regulatory risk project for credit risk change
- Own timelines, tollgates, deliveries
- Survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services
- Evaluate and prioritize requirements in the context of multiple projects and requirements
- Support business architects by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Find and implement solutions
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Over 5 years' experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst in a risk control or related environment
- Knowledge of risk methodology and quantitative analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- Degree in STEM disciplines, banking and finance, or relevant work experience
- Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
- Can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
