Beschreibung

Legal support - assistant - (inheritance) for our Client in Zurich in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Work experience in public administration, inheritance office, law background or a notary
  • Expertise with internal and external customers contact in compliance with analytical thinking as well as result orientation
  • Competency to work independently and within a team
  • Commercial training, Matura or an University degree in a relevant profession
  • Languages: fluent French, German and English all written and spoken; Italian is a plus


Your tasks:

· Fostering the comprehensive administrative handling of Swiss inheritance cases in the private customer segment such as reading and categorizing inheritance documents and following up with the correct action items

· Collaborating with partner areas within the bank as well as maintaining the contact with heirs and their representatives

· Handling the complaint management along with dealing with stakeholders interests

· Demanding customers, both internally and externally
