Technical PMO with native/fluent French wanted for our Zurich based client.
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in Software Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in a Partner/Project Management/B2B support role working across cross-functional teams is mandatory
- Strong project management, analytical, troubleshooting, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion
- Ability to provide effective and pro-active communication to various stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Languages: Native/fluent language competence in French, fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing an end-to-end support to the business partners (from deployment of code to business challenges solution and ongoing support of daily business)
- Supporting partners in integrating their data with internal company system and understanding how their data is structured
- Providing high touch technical support: troubleshooting, escalating and responding to product support requests from partnership teams
- Leveraging internal tools, logs and data to identify/troubleshoot issues
- Learning and building expertise on new processes, operational tools and tracking applications
- Compiling, analysing and reporting on relevant partner or support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Driving optimizations and seeking to reduce cost through tool or process improvement
